The city was alight; dozens upon dozens of fires burnt, filling the air with the rank, overpowering aroma of charcoal and decay. Stone towers, erected long before living memory, crumbled beneath the torrent of blue flames, their orange siblings dull flickers against an azure expanse of destruction.

Welp, this is the entry into the 
Summoning Mishap contest that I so foolishly missed over the summer. What happens when your village is so humdrum boring that no god, adventurer, or quest giver / DM will give your tiny burg the time of day? What happens when, out of desperation, you set a fledgling summoner (the only ounce of magic you even have in this out of the way village) who barely knows the art to try and perform a hero summoning to put your town on the map? And what happens when said summoner summons not a grand mighty hero from another world, but rather a game-obsessed nerd? Well, thanks to the perverted twisted magic that resides over the realm, the results may be a little nice than you think! Hope you all enjoy. If people want, this may be open for continuation down the road.
